You wouldn't believe how much work it takes to accomplish anything around here. We're trying to take the train to Serbia, but our neighbor told us we should check about visas first. He had two Canadian visitors at Christmas who were stopped at the border and forced to take the train back (12 hour ride each way!). (And Canadians never even bombed their country!) So we tried to call the American Embassy, but they actually say they only help their citizens by answering questions on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 2-4 PM! Ah...
